    Staff is always friendly and nice. I really don't eat anything at Zaxby's besides the Zalad which are ALWAYS amazing.

    Fried Cobb with honey mustard plz. Any day!

    But this time I ordered the club sandwich meal. It's came up to $7.48

    A complete ripoff on the 22 oz drinks they serve with meals.  They pack so much ice in them you are lucky to get 3 oz. of liquid.  I guess ice (water) is a lot cheaper to supply than buying Coke products. Also tried their new Sweet & Smoky Chicken Filet sandwich, which was absolutely terrible and was thrown out by both my wife and myself.

    I'll stick with their Boneless Wings with Sweet and Spicey sauce in the future.  They haven't found a way to mess them up yet.

    UPDATE: This time there was an employee shooting the shit with a customer whose car was blocking the drivethru exit the entire time I was there. The customer was waiting on their order (which should never happen in a drivethru unless the food needs to be made fresh for you), and instead of being asked to park to the side, they were allowed to inconvenience everyone else behind them. Not sure where the manager was, and not sure why this employee was able to get away with standing outside for 5 minutes having a leisurely conversation with her BFF. Do better.

    I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. I've been a consistent customer for 3 years or so and no joke they are on point with alll of my orders. Always nice, fresh. You might wait a little longer during certain times but it's fresh! Isn't that what people should want?

    For those complaining about drinks-- large upgrades are cheap and ask for no ice. Common sense is free y'all.

    Waited 25 mins for a Cobb salad, and a Caesar salad, with an order of cheese bites. The orders were being served, out of turn. Boyfriend had to go up and show receipt, then meal was mysteriously ready in 2 mins after showing receipt.
    Was eating my salad when I found hair in my food. "Would you like a fresh plate?" No, I've lost my appetite.
